When creating a 798ph account, you represent and warrant that:
Each natural person may hold only one (1) active account with 798ph. Players who hold more than one account — whether simultaneously or sequentially — may have all duplicate accounts closed and all associated balances, including winnings, forfeited. 798ph uses identity verification to enforce this policy and may request additional documentation at any time to confirm a Player's identity.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including username, password, and any OTP codes used for two-factor authentication. 798ph will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify 798ph support immediately.
Players must keep all account information current and accurate. Name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and registered mobile number must reflect your real personal details at all times. Material inaccuracies in account information constitute grounds for account suspension pending verification.
798ph reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (UMID, Driver's License, Passport, Voter's ID, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Processing of withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC. KYC data is handled in accordance with the 798ph Privacy Policy.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 798ph reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ₱100 or equivalent to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, following written notice to the registered email address. This fee will not reduce a balance below zero. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.
798ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your 798ph Wallet within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. PesoNet transfers may take up to one (1) business day. If a deposit has not been credited within the stated processing window, contact 798ph support with your payment reference number for manual confirmation.
The minimum single deposit amount at 798ph is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits are subject to payment method limits and, where applicable, responsible gaming limits set by the Player on their account.
All 798ph transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 798ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Deposits made in foreign currencies by players using international payment methods may be declined or converted at the prevailing exchange rate, with applicable conversion fees deducted.
798ph reserves the right to decline or return any deposit at its discretion without the obligation to provide a detailed reason. 798ph will not accept deposits that are identified as proceeds of unlawful activity. Players confirm by depositing that their funds are lawfully obtained.
Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are available to verified Players who have completed KYC and whose account is in good standing. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods verified as belonging to the account holder.
798ph targets the following processing timelines for withdrawal requests: GCash and Maya withdrawals — within thirty (30) minutes of approval; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank via InstaPay — within two (2) hours; PesoNet transfers — within one (1) business day. These are targets, not guarantees. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending KYC review.
798ph applies an anti-money laundering policy requiring that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the deposit amount. Winnings exceeding the original deposit may be directed to any verified payment method registered to the account.
All withdrawal requests are subject to security review. 798ph reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Requests pending verification are placed on hold; the Player will be notified via registered email within two (2) business days.
Withdrawal PIN: All 798ph withdrawal requests require authentication via your registered Withdrawal PIN, which is separate from your login password. Players are advised to set a strong, unique PIN during account setup and not to share it with any third party.
All bonuses, free plays, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 798ph are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of each offer. Where these general Terms conflict with specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms prevail for that offer. 798ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, subject to honoring commitments to Players who have already opted in.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a ₱500 bonus requires ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before conversion). Eligible games and their contribution percentages are specified within each bonus offer. Live table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots unless stated otherwise.
Bonus funds not subject to active wagering are forfeited upon expiry. The validity period is stated in each individual offer. 798ph is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms originally communicated at opt-in.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim new-player offers, systematically betting on low-risk outcomes to meet wagering requirements, hedging bonus bets against Real Money Balance bets, and sharing bonus codes beyond permitted channels — is a material breach of these Terms. 798ph reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void winnings derived from abusive bonus activity, and to close the accounts involved.
Employees of 798ph, its affiliates, marketing partners, and immediate family members residing in the same household are not eligible to participate in 798ph bonus promotions unless 798ph explicitly states otherwise in writing.
All casino games hosted on the 798ph platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for RNG-based titles, or under live dealer supervision for live casino tables. Game outcomes are not influenced by 798ph in any way beyond the design of the game as provided by licensed game suppliers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as stated in each game's information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, 798ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return applicable stakes to the Player's wallet. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. 798ph is not liable for losses resulting from game interruptions due to network failures or device issues on the Player's side.
Sports betting markets, including pre-match and live in-play betting on events such as PBA, NBA, UFC, Premier League, and sabong, are governed by the sports betting rules published within the 798ph sports lobby. 798ph reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or limit stake amounts at its discretion, particularly in cases of irregular betting activity or factual errors in published odds.
Game-specific minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game interface. These limits may be adjusted by 798ph at any time. Players who repeatedly bet at maximum stakes on bonus funds may have their bonus entitlement reviewed under bonus abuse policies.

Players may not frame, mirror, scrape, or reproduce any part of the 798ph Platform on any other website or service. Unauthorized use of 798ph intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 798ph and its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
798ph's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 798ph's negligence.
798ph operates the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 798ph uses reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
798ph reserves the right to suspend any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; suspicious wagering activity; failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period; suspected fraud or money laundering; compliance with a legal or regulatory requirement; or protection of the integrity of the Platform.
798ph may permanently close an account and forfeit the associated balance where: a Player has materially breached these Terms; a Player has provided false registration information; an account is confirmed as a duplicate; or a Player is found to be under the age of 21. In cases of forfeiture, 798ph will document the grounds and retain records in accordance with applicable data retention obligations.
Players wishing to close their 798ph account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Real Money Balances remaining at closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to any pending KYC or security review. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
798ph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the registered email address and/or a notice posted prominently on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect — except where an immediate change is required by law, regulatory instruction, or to protect the security of the Platform.
Continued use of the 798ph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept an amendment may close their account without penalty prior to the effective date, with any Real Money Balance returned to their verified payment method.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. 798ph recommends that Players review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
In the event of a dispute between a Player and 798ph arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 798ph support. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached within fourteen (14) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to formal dispute resolution in accordance with Philippine law.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between 798ph and the Player with respect to use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
